I am delighted to be partnering with a reputable and compassionate care provider to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical). This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
In this role, you will support the Home Manager to ensure the home operates safely and effectively, while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing for every resident. You will also take the lead on clinical governance and oversee the home in the Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
Conduct audits, oversee medication and documentation processes
Lead, mentor and develop the staff team
Support with assessments, risk management and care planning
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
What we’re looking for:
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience within a care setting
NMC registered nurse – essential
Strong understanding of CQC requirements
Ability to champion safeguarding and best practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for delivering outstanding care outcomes
