Summary
Our client is seeking a professional and welcoming Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a friendly and efficient service that reflects our company values.
Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and manage meeting rooms.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, scanning).
• Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.
