Summary
I am a 33 year old lady. I have a diagnosis of Friedreich's ataxia. I am a wheelchair user and have a severe sight impairment.
I am looking for an enthusiastic person to accompany me on trips to Derby( I like to shop) on the bus and into the local community of Heanor to access activities there. I will need someone who is able to push my wheelchair. No personal care is required as I will be supported by carers before and after outings.
A p.a. is required 4 hours per week either on a Tuesday or Thursday between 2pm and 6pm
A higher hourly rate of £13 per hour would be paid for this role.
