A well-established and highly respected law firm in Hampshire is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive secretary who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced conveyancing environment.

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting a busy Residential Property department, working closely with fee-earners to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support

- Preparing and formatting legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements

- Handling search requests, Land Registry applications, and client onboarding

- Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings

- Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties

- Audio typing and digital dictation

- Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate file management

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Property/Conveyancing

- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

- Confident communication skills and a polished, professional manner

- Fast, accurate typing and solid IT skills

- A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to client service
