Two day nanny role in Hook
This family are looking for a Nanny to care for a 10 month old boy on a Monday and Tuesday from 9am-4.30pm.
Both parents work from home (although sometimes they need to be in London) so the nanny will need to be comfortable with them being around and perhaps joining them for lunch/popping down to say hello. They also have a very lovable French Bulldog who is very much part of the family, so a dog lover is important. There are no dog walking duties needed in the role, however he would love some attention and a belly rub!
The family are looking for someone kind, calm and empathetic. Someone who is confident in what they do and likes to be fun and silly with the children in their care. They need someone who can drive, and use their own car if needed (fuel will be reimbursed).
This role is open to someone starting their career in nannying, so long as they have a level 3 or above childcare qualification and 2 years’ experience in a childcare setting. They are keen to find someone who will plan lots of fun interactive play and exploration outdoors. Activities should be planned to encourage developmental milestones and encourage his learning.
This position is going to be a fixed term contract for one year. All being well, they may extend this for another year/ongoing.
