Summary

Customer Service Administrator

Magor | £16.59-£21.57 per hour | 8am-4pm | Monday to Friday | Full-time | Temporary |

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their client's team.

Key Duties
  • Archiving all intakes from Magor Brewery, 3PL warehouses, and other sites.

  • Processing receipts in WMS and SAP systems and filing depot paperwork, including Magor Bulk Beer.

  • Matching supplier invoices.

  • Resolving supplier invoice matching queries in line with the daily POD tracker.

  • Ensuring all Duty regulations are followed and EMCS is regularly updated for inbound deliveries.

  • Ensuring customers follow EMCS rules for outbound deliveries.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Strong organisational and decision-making skills.

  • Able to communicate at all levels.

  • Experience working in a team environment.

  • Strong customer focus.

  • Experience working to targets.

  • Trustworthy and discreet.

  • Able to handle private and confidential issues with integrity.

Technical Competencies:

  • ERP and/or WMS experience.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical approach.

  • Ability to adapt to new processes and ways of working.

  • Logistics experience.

  • MS Office skills (Excel) and other reporting tools.

Key Competencies:

  • Drive for results and sense of ownership.

  • Team player.

  • Structured, organised, and strong coordinating skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership.

  • Ability to work effectively with people.

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.

  • At least 12 months' experience in an office environment, preferably managing stocks and orders.
