About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a bright and engaging young person with multiple complex health conditions. The individual is non-verbal but understands everything said to them, using PECS, an iPad, and non-verbal cues to communicate. They enjoy watching YouTube, playing guitar, going for walks, and spending time with family.

Requirements for the Role:

  • A caring, patient, and observant nature

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with non-verbal communication methods

  • Willingness to undertake comprehensive clinical training

  • Minimum 6 months of UK care experience preferred but not essential - we welcome new carers and provide the Care Certificate

  • Must provide right-to-work documents and a clear DBS (we can support application)

  • Drivers preferred due to location
