Summary
Key Responsibilities include: Triaging referrals into the Falls Strength and Balance Exercise Service to ensure patients meet the agreed eligibility criteria. Conducting initial face-to-face home assessments to determine suitability for either an mOtago-based home exercise programme or a Postural Stability Group Exercise Programme. Leading and delivering structured strength and balance home-based or group exercise sessions in accordance with service guidelines.
