Summary
The post holder is responsible for working as part of the community nursing team to monitor and deliver holistic care for patients in the community. Observing patients conditions and reporting to the senior nurses and GP members of the team. The post holder will develop and maintain knowledge, skill and competencies related to the role of Nursing Associate within the community. The post holder will carry out nursing procedures such as catheterisation, wound care, medication administration and supervise and delegate work to students and HCAs.
