We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer/Editor to join our marketing team and produce content that informs, inspires, and drives engagement across multiple platforms.
The Role
As our Videographer/Editor, you will:
Film and edit original content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including team documentaries, behind-the-scenes footage, and client case studies.
Capture and repurpose short-form video from podcasts, interviews, and brand stories into social clips.
Produce polished video content to support our Workshop events, such as testimonials, training clips, and promotional ads.
Create fast-paced, story-driven, and visually engaging content designed to stop the scroll.
Occasionally travel to events, dinners, and conferences for on-location filming.
What You’ll Need
1–2 years of hands-on videography and editing experience (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
Confidence using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
A strong visual portfolio of short-form social content, ideally with an organic-first approach.
Excellent storytelling skills, understanding of pacing, tone, and documentary-style editing.
Knowledge of content performance across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
