Who will I be supporting?

You'll be supporting a young man with complex needs to live his best life — his way.

He lives independently in the beautiful village of Rufforth, where he enjoys staying active through walking, cycling, and swimming. He shares his home with his much-loved support dog, who's always ready for cuddles! He also enjoys listening to music, going to the cinema, and spending quality time with his family.

We're looking for someone patient, caring, and confident, with experience supporting people with complex behavioural needs, to join his close-knit team.

What will I be doing?

Every day will bring something different — you'll be supporting him to:

Build and develop independent living skills

Take part in everyday activities like shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry

Manage his medication safely and effectively

Explore opportunities in education, employment, and leisure

Live life to the fullest, with encouragement and compassion every step of the way

Why Join Us?
