Summary
We are still recruiting – Polisher / Fettler / Grinder
Salary: £15.00–£15.50 per hour + overtime
Mon–Fri 40 hours per week

The Role: Must have experience in
Polish, grind, fettle, and finish metal components
Deburr, clean, and prepare parts for coating, assembly, or installation
Inspect components to ensure high-quality standards
Follow technical drawings and finishing instructions
Maintain a safe and tidy work area
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in polishing, fettling, and grinding
Skilled with grinders, polishing wheels, belt sanders, and hand tools
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Able to read engineering drawings and follow instructions
Knowledge of aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel finishing
Reliable, hardworking, and flexible with overtime
