This is a seasonal role to help clients through the festive period, but we’re actively seeking long-term team members. After a successful 6-month probation, you’ll transition to a guaranteed permanent contract.

Immediate Weekday Cover Required

We urgently need carers available for weekday shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and alternate weekends.
If you can commit to these times, we’d love to hear from you! Extra hours are also available via our Click to Care system.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Carer, you’ll deliver essential, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity:

Hands-on Support: Personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility assistance
Companionship: Emotional support and meaningful connection
Documentation: Accurate and confidential care records
Travel: Safely driving between client homes across East Devon
What We Look For

No previous care experience is required — we provide full, paid training!

A caring and compassionate nature
Reliability and excellent communication skills
Availability for weekday shifts (7am–4pm) and alternate weekends
Essential: Valid UK driving licence & reliable car
Bonus: Health & Social Care qualifications (NVQ/Diploma Level 2/3) — or we’ll help you achieve them
