The Role – Assembly Operative
Join a growing aerospace team building life-saving, precision components. Duties include:
Assembly of seat pans, parachute containers, and precision components
Bench fitting, bonding, sealing, heat treatment, and injection moulding
Using adhesives, fasteners, hand tools, and working from engineering drawings
Inspection and testing to aerospace standards
What We Need
Experience in assembly, fitting, or manufacturing
Ability to read engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and quality focus
Reliable, steady work history and strong teamwork
