We’re growing fast in a booming, sustainable industry and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us connect with more people, build strong relationships, and spread the word about what we do.
The Role:
This isn’t your typical cold-calling job. It’s about starting conversations, building trust, and helping people see the real value of refurbished tech and recycling.
You’ll be reaching out to new leads and existing contacts, chatting to businesses, schools, and organisations who could benefit from our services. Some days you’ll be introducing our recycling solutions; other days, you’ll be helping someone find the right refurbished devices for their needs.
It’s varied, people-focused, and full of opportunity to learn and grow.
No one starts as an expert, we’ll guide you on what you need to know. What matters most is your confidence, curiosity, and drive to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Reaching out to businesses and individuals by phone and email (both cold and warm leads).
• Following up on leads, quotes, and enquiries, building long-term relationships.
• Using our CRM system to manage pipelines and track follow-ups.
• Talking confidently about our services (repairs, recycling, refurbished tech, and parts)
• Sharing customer feedback and insights with the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For:

If you’re driven, personable, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Organised and able to stay on top of leads and follow-ups.
• Curious and open to learning about tech and recycling (training provided).
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated in a full-time onsite role.
• Comfortable using (or keen to learn) CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
Bonus points for:
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• An interest in sustainability or the circular economy.
