The Health Innovation Network’s Insights team is looking to recruit a Senior Evaluation Manager with the passion and drive to support south London’s health and care organisations in delivering positive change through innovation.

The main purpose of this post is to support the Insights team at the Health Innovation Network to lead the design and delivery of large and complex mixed methods evaluations for locally and nationally commissioned work

This vacancy is based at: India House, 45 Curlew St, London SE1 2ND

The post holder will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high quality, large and complex mixed methods evaluations for the HIN’s nationally and locally commissioned work. This will include undertaking data collection, analysis and reporting to evaluate the impact of service transformation in health and care. With another Senior Evaluation Manager, they will be responsible for managing and developing a small team of evaluation managers within a wider multidisciplinary team. They will work closely with the Senior Programme Manager for Insights to develop and deliver the HIN’s work on evaluation, which will include overseeing a portfolio of work delivered by members of the team and lead on delivering their own evaluations. The post holder will be expected to provide expertise on issues relating to evaluation throughout the HIN, to member organisations across south London and regional/national partners. They will have a key role in expanding the HIN’s commissioned evaluation work, which will include leading on producing proposals and bids to secure fee-for-service work. A particular area of expansion for the HIN and its members is the evaluation of digital innovation and health inequalities.

Remote working
The HIN office is based in SE1 near London Bridge. The post holder will be required to come into the HIN office for a minimum of two days per week and be able to come in on additional days, as required.
