The Role
As part of the classroom team, you will:
- Support the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
- Assist pupils with their learning, helping them stay focused and engaged
- Work with small groups or individual children when additional support is needed
- Help create a positive, inclusive and well-organised learning environment
- Contribute to pupils' academic progress as well as their social and emotional wellbeing
- Be an active, reliable and encouraging presence in the classroom
About You

- Enjoys working with young children and supporting their development
- Can follow guidance from teachers and work well within a team
- Is reliable, eager to learn and committed to doing their best
- Has experience with children (desirable) but is open to training if not
