- Communicating regularly with parents, carers, and other professionals to support student development
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the UK national curriculum and assessment strategies
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using various teaching technologies and software
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with students
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational best practices
