What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Deliver fine dining experiences for functions and hospitality events.
- Support and coach new team members, sharing your skills and standards.
- Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain kitchen records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
- Keep the kitchen spotless with daily and weekly deep cleans.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
- A confident chef and excellent team player.
- Flexible, innovative, and committed to high standards.
- Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK resident for past 3 years).
