Summary
Working alongside our in-house marketing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of digital and brand marketing, from photography and video creation to campaign planning, design and website updates.
What you’ll be involved in:
Capturing and editing property photography and videography for use across social media, listings and marketing campaigns
Enhancing listing visibility and presentation across property portals
Supporting email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
Assisting with website updates, improvements and SEO optimisation
Helping to plan and deliver local and targeted marketing campaigns
Creating and updating design materials across the company, from property brochures to social media graphics and internal documents
Supporting internal team communications and marketing initiatives
Contributing to brand development, ensuring tone of voice and brand standards are maintained across all content
Training
You will attend Exeter College one day per week during term time to work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
GCSE or equivalent 4/C or above in English and Maths.
Skills required
A creative eye and strong attention to detail
Confident using social media and digital tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prospects
The chance to develop skills across design, content creation, photography and brand marketing
A clear pathway to a full-time marketing role after the apprenticeship
Qualification / Standard : ST1031 Multi-channel marketer
Duration 18 months
