We have an exciting opportunity for a UK TRANSPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT to join an organisation, with an excellent reputation promoting their National Transport services. Covering a national territory the role will be based from the Midlands UK Head Office and is offering a salary of £40,000 basic + Fully expensed company car, laptop, mobile, pension, bonus etc.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of working in UK DOMESTIC TRANSPORT SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, sourcing leads, liaising with prospective customers, arranging and attending Sales meetings, discussing their current Transport levels & offering Transport solutions, negotiating to gain new business.
Our client do not operate their on UK Domestic Transport services, therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of 3rd party Haulage suppliers.
This position is ideally suited to an outgoing, confident, energetic and sales focused individual with a good knowledge of the UK Transport industry and proven track record in Transport Sales whether General Haulage, Pallets or UK Distribution.
