Summary
Rotations are 6 months in length and our East Rotation Scheme is based around Brighton & Hove, and Lewes. If this is your first Band 5 post since graduating, you will be invited to take part in our preceptorship programme. The preceptorship is a structured scheme lasting 12 months, which aims: To successfully help new starters integrate into their new role To build confidence and competence To help you on your way to settling in well to your new career with SCFT To facilitate your journey to a fully autonomous practitioner. The programme will include a variety of trainings, watched assessments, and opportunities to network and learn throughout your first year in employment.
