As a Registered Nurse, you will join our nursing-led service supporting adults with severe acquired brain injuries, complex physical disabilities, and long-term health conditions. This is a hands-on, high-needs role requiring confident clinical skills, including PEG feeds, medication administration, and intimate nursing care. You will provide person-centred care to residents with a wide range of physical and learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. The ideal candidate will be NMC registered, physically capable of meeting demanding care requirements, and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
