Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Handle a variety of customer requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and report feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
