We are looking for a Retail Operations Reporting Lead to join our team and play a key role in providing visibility of retail activity and performance. This role offers the opportunity to work with large datasets, create meaningful analysis, and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
Job Description

As the Retail Operations Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the Retail Operations team and its clients have clear visibility of activity and performance. You will manage the creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

In addition, you will own and maintain key trackers, collating information from team members and facilitating review meetings. This role requires advanced Excel skills and offers scope to develop Power BI reporting solutions. You will play a proactive role in improving reporting quality, supporting decision-making, and driving innovation in reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities

​Collate and distribute weekly operations reports (e.g., open maintenance tickets for retail stores).
Prepare and circulate monthly performance reports against team targets.
Fulfil ad-hoc client data requests with clear, accurate reporting.
Ensure all outputs meet professional standards and user needs.
Present report findings in meetings when required.
Maintain and update retail store lists, including openings and closures.
Own and manage key team trackers (e.g., action logs) and facilitate review meetings.
Assist during team absences as needed.
Proactively flag risks identified in reports and trackers.
Liaise with IT teams to resolve reporting-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, including opportunities to use Power BI.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (will be tested at interview)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Minimum 1 year experience in a reporting role (preferably in FM or operations)
Experience using data to inform business decisions
Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver relevant reporting
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong organisational and planning skills
Professional, customer-focused approach with polished communication skills
Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated team player
Growth mindset and willingness to upskill in reporting tools
