-Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, is expanding our M&S Security Operations Centre and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
No prior experience is required for this role, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training. This includes a fully funded CCTV SIA licence to ensure you have the skills needed to excel in your position.
We're looking for candidates who are:
-Excellent communicators with a professional telephone manner
-Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new systems

Main Duties
-Monitor CCTV footage to identify and respond to criminal behaviour within M&S stores
-Offer phone support to M&S store colleagues, assisting with security-related matters
-Accurately input security and crime incident data into a central database
-Deliver exceptional customer service to our client, ensuring their needs are met
-Conduct regular check-in calls with security personnel to share valuable intelligence and updates

-Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
-Highly committed, motivated, and proactive
-Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
-A keen interest in technology and AI
What we offer
-£30,069.74 per annum working an average of 40 hours per week, including weekend working.
-Shift pattern of one week of 08:00am - 16:00pm/17:00pm and three weeks of 11:00am - 20:00pm or 12:00pm - 20:00pm
