£33,550 – £40,073 per annum (Actual – £20,130 – £24,043)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Functional Skills to join our small team at City College Norwich. You will play a vital role in delivering Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 1 and Level 2 to apprentices across a variety of occupational sectors. This role supports both our Apprenticeship and Higher Education provision, with teaching delivered at our Ipswich Road and Easton campuses.

A confident and organised educator, comfortable using IT systems to deliver engaging lessons both online and in the classroom.
A team player who brings enthusiasm and adaptability to working with learners of varying abilities.
Someone who is committed to helping apprentices succeed in their studies and future careers.

Essential requirements:

A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
Ideally, recent experience in designing and delivering contextualised Functional Skills programmes tailored to different vocational areas.
