Summary
Our Motor Trade Client is one of the largest comprehensive Automotive Accident Repair Centres, based in Quedgeley and they require an experienced MET Technician / Strip-Fit Technician to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.
Benefits:
- Starting salary between £20-23 per hour.
- Uncapped monthly bonus schemes plus guaranteed average bonus when you're on holiday (OTE around £55-60,000 per annum).
- £5,000 joining bonus split over 12 months of service.
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at the standard rate.
- 23 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays and your birthday off.

Typical duties:
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
- Removing damaged parts, allowing repairs to commence.
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls
Requirements:
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification would be beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure, and complete work to a strong standard.
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre
For your hard work as a MET Technician / Strip-Fit Technician for our client you will be paid up to £47,840 with OTE circa of £60,000.
