Summary
Vehicle Technician
Location - Finchley
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic DOE + bonus OTE £60,000 uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays on rota

We are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our client’s main dealership in Finchley. Our client is part of a large main dealer group who are looking to expand their workshop due to the increased workload. This role suits a Vehicle Technician who is used to working in fast paced envrionments and is keen to progress. Our client can also provide all Vehicle Technicians with further career development and long-term career incentives.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
• Diagnose faults in vehicles and determine the most effective repair methods
• Perform maintenance and repair services on a variety of makes and models
• Carry out inspections and road tests of vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Order and maintain an inventory of parts and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of the latest automotive technology
• Diagnostics and fault-finding experience
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A valid driving license
