What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated leader who will:
• Champion Mathematics across KS3, ensuring that every student is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
• Lead the continued development of an innovative KS3 curriculum that builds strong foundations for future learning.
• Support and inspire colleagues through modelling excellent practice and driving improvement.
• Play a key role in raising standards and delivering excellent outcomes in Mathematics across the school.
The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher of Mathematics, capable of teaching to GCSE (and preferably A Level), who:
• Loves working with young people and takes pride in their development and achievement.
• Has the ability to teach outstanding lessons and the determination to secure academic excellence.
• Brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for Mathematics that inspires others.
• Is eager to develop their own practice and contribute to a highly effective team.
• Is committed to the school’s values of Pride, Respect, Kindness, Honesty, Hard Work, Resilience, Organisation, and Initiative.
