What You’ll Need
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – essential
- Experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Nurse Manager within a nursing home
- Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and care quality standards
- Confident clinical decision-making and supportive leadership style
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to elderly care
- Experience in dementia care or complex nursing needs
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support nurses and carers to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
- Work closely with the Home Manager on audits, governance, compliance and CQC standards.
- Champion best practice in elderly care and dementia care across the service.
- Mentor, supervise and develop the clinical and care team.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Build strong professional relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare teams.
