We’re currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at JRDF, ATC Pirbright. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality food, maintaining standards, and supporting a collaborative kitchen culture.

- Full-time, 37.5 hours/week – 5 days over 7 (alternate weekends).

Your responsibilities:
- Work closely with the kitchen team to manage food production and minimise waste.
- Prepare meals for military personnel and hospitality functions.
- Assist the Sous Chef with shift planning and maintaining kitchen standards.
- Complete required training and follow all kitchen procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Recognised culinary qualification.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to pass DBS and security vetting (must have UK residency for the past 3 years).
