About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care for a client with complex health needs. This role involves pop-in calls during the following times:
- 07:00 - 08:00
- 08:00 - 16:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Including weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Buccal medication safely and in line with care plans.
- Perform suctioning procedures as required.
- Assist with PEG feeding and maintenance.
- Provide enema care when necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation and report any changes promptly.
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Buccal medication, suction, PEG feeding, and enemas.
- Up-to-date mandatory training and DBS check.
- Excellent communication and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
