Summary
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Technical Infrastructure Manager- a senior role leading the organisation's IT infrastructure and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all infrastructure services, ensuring availability, capacity, performance and security.
- Set strategy, policies and processes for service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, supplier management and technical team leadership.
- Ensure IT services align with business needs and meet agreed SLAs.
- Provide senior input into strategy, change management and new service implementation.
Requirements:
- Strong background managing complex IT infrastructure and service operations.
- Experience in capacity/availability management, risk management and performance monitoring.
- Proven senior-level stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Solid financial and supplier-management capability.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, IS project/service management)
