• Leading whole-class lessons when teachers are absent, following planned work
• Providing one-to-one and small group interventions to boost progress
• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities across the curriculum
• Supporting teachers with assessment and pupil progress tracking

What we're looking for:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Classroom experience across different year groups
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A proactive, flexible approach to supporting learning
