Looking for HLTA jobs in Northampton? We're seeking confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools across Northampton, helping pupils achieve their full potential.

Your role will include:

• Leading whole-class lessons when teachers are absent, following planned work
• Providing one-to-one and small group interventions to boost progress
• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities across the curriculum
• Supporting teachers with assessment and pupil progress tracking
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment

What we're looking for:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Classroom experience across different year groups
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A proactive, flexible approach to supporting learning
