We are seeking a Nurse-qualified Care Home Manager for a medium-sized, purpose-built care home in Nottingham. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and proven experience as a manager in a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the home's Good CQC rating and reputation, ensuring continued positive reviews on carehome.co.uk.
- Implement and manage effective systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and growth within the home.
Requirements:
- Nurse qualification and management experience in a care home setting.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency with care management systems.
