Summary
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to support a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process incoming enquiries, ensuring swift and professional responses
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Issue PPE to staff and keep stock levels updated
- Book accommodation and support general travel arrangements
- Carry out basic administration tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist with data entry and updates
- Use Sage for P&O's (not essential, but highly desirable)
What We're Looking For:
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Sage is an advantage but not required
