Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to support a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process incoming enquiries, ensuring swift and professional responses
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Issue PPE to staff and keep stock levels updated
  • Book accommodation and support general travel arrangements
  • Carry out basic administration tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assist with data entry and updates
  • Use Sage for P&O's (not essential, but highly desirable)

What We're Looking For:

  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Sage is an advantage but not required
