Summary
TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST - Xmas Holidays - Inverness
Our client, based in the city centre of Inverness is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to assist over the Xmas week. Experience of working in an office and dealing with customers in a reception environment would be beneficial. This role may suit a student. A handover will be provided. Hours required are:-
Friday 19th December - 9 am - 4.00 pm
Monday 22nd December - 9 am - 5.00 pm
Tuesday 23rd December - 9 am - 5.00 pm
Wednesday 24th December - 9 am - 4.00 pm
Further ad hoc hours are available with this client to cover holidays into 2026.
Duties include:-
- Dealing with customers coming in for Appointments.
- Answering calls in a professional manner.
- Arranging appointments via phone and email on Booking system.
- Assist other staff with admin support as required.
Due to the short term nature of the role, we are looking for one individual to cover all dates.
