Summary
Provide consultant-led palliative and end-of-life care for adult inpatients. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team and attend MDT meetings. Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues. Support advance care planning and facilitate timely discharge.
