Ensure all training products in the portfolio are aligned with equality, diversity and inclusion guidance and best practice. Training developed will include the whole of the Armed Forces community. Engage with public and patient voice groups to listen to their views and ensure training and associated products are delivered to meet the current needs of the Armed Forces community. It may be appropriate to update these groups on training developments - linking back to ICP/B/Ss to improve service provision and delivery. Work with, and champion, NHS services to assist in appropriate referrals to secure support including Op RESTORE, Op COURAGE and Op NOVA. Support ICP/B/Ss to develop health needs assessments which include the Armed Forces community so they can evidence they are delivering due regard within the context of the Armed Forces Covenant. Develop training to support in the implementation of ICS based frameworks to support Armed Forces families serving (including mobile), reservist, veterans, and the bereaved to better access health services and employment within the NHS where they live. Working with the Communications and Engagement Lead and NHS England, to develop and share communications and awareness products to compliment accreditation, education schemes and assurance and monitoring for professionals. Highlight the benefits of staff completing training to organisations to maximise uptake. Support the capture of Armed Forces community data within organisations through robust training on identification of the Armed Forces community.
