Seddon Agency are looking for an Administrator.
In the role you will:
* Ensure all clients whether in person or by telephone are handled promptly, carefully and courteously and are appropriately directed.
* Provide general administration assistance to the relevant staff and managers.

Check and respond to emails.
Provide information to callers.
Greet persons entering service.
Deal with queries from the public.
General administrative and clerical support.
Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Assist with activities held in the service.
Maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Ad hoc duties.
Meet and Greet.
Skills/experience required:
To be considered for the role of Full time Administrator, your CV needs to demonstrate experience of carrying out administration duties.
You also need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office package as well as outlook email client.
In addition to this, you will need to have:
The ability to operate a busy modern switchboard.
An outstanding telephone manner.
Excellent communication, organization
and interpersonal skills.
Excellent word processing skills.
Personal qualities:
Be well presented, confident and approachable.
Good attention to detail
Using Outlook Email.
Be able to handle pressure and multi task.
