Summary
Join our growing team specialising in innovative e-composite products used across engineering and manufacturing. We're looking for a proactive, friendly individual to support customers, drive sales, and help us deliver outstanding service. This is a temp - perm position for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
* Respond to enquiries and follow up on leads
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage accounts
* Provide excellent customer support via phone and email
* Work with production and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries
* Learn and advise on our composite product range
What You Bring
* Experience in sales or customer service
* Strong communication & organisational skills
* Willingness to learn technical product info
* IT/CRM proficiency
* (Bonus) Experience in composites, engineering, or manufacturing
