Hours: 30 per week (Day/Nights)
Contract: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of staff in supporting individuals with complex disabilities who live in their own home or shared accommodation in the community. To support each individual to meet their goals and outcomes using a person centred approach.

We are looking for energetic and motivated staff who want a challenge. Staff will need to adapt and learn what the support works for the individual citizens, ensuring choice and control is at the forefront of all support delivered.

The successful candidate can expect to work at least two waking nights per week making the remainder of their hours up during the day and covering annual leave for other night workers. A typical night shift would be from 11pm until 9am of which 7 hours will be paid an enhanced pay rate.

Appointment subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and registration with Social Care Wales.
