As Senior Workplace Optimisation Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our Future Workplace transformation journey, shaping strategies that influence thousands of colleagues and redefine how we work. You'll combine data-led insight, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to deliver tangible improvements in collaboration, efficiency, and colleague experience.

You'll also influence the adoption and integration of technology across our buildings to enhance workplace experience and efficiency.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace strategy by:

  • Driving strategic insight and optimisation - Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, competitor analysis, and deep dives to inform decisions and improve colleague experience.

  • Delivering investment proposals and trials - Create business cases for optimisation works and test innovative ways of working across our estate.

  • Managing continuous improvement - Oversee BAU activities including rebalances, restacks, and process enhancements to keep our workplace strategy agile and effective..

What you'll need

We're seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and workplace innovation. You'll need:

  • Proven experience in strategy development and optimisation, ideally within workplace or corporate real estate.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach.

  • Ability to navigate complex challenges, anticipate trends, and propose innovative solutions.

  • Skilled in creating compelling executive packs and presentations using tools like PowerPoint.

  • Experience in leading and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and delivering results.

And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Experience delivering large-scale change projects, particularly in people or workplace transformation.

  • Knowledge of investment business case development.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
