As our Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a dedicated team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards while shaping the store’s ongoing success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting team development, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Store & Operational Leadership

Take full responsibility for daily store operations, fulfilling the team leader role during all shifts.

Achieve budgeted sales targets and drive overall store performance.

Control labour costs through effective and efficient staff scheduling.

Maintain strong stock control processes, ensuring minimal wastage and maximising upselling opportunities.

Lead by example in all areas of food and beverage preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.

Team Management

Supervise, coach, and mentor a small team of baristas and kitchen staff to ensure high performance and strong morale.

Conduct staff training and inductions, supporting ongoing skills development.

Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating work environment.

Customer Experience

Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times.

Maintain high product quality standards and support the team in resolving customer issues professionally.

Operational Support & Administration

Organise and manage staff rotas to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Assist with cash handling, daily till reconciliations, and monitoring sales performance.

Support stock management, ordering processes, and maintaining fully stocked service areas.

Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Assist with store social media activity where required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar management or supervisory role, ideally in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Passion for coffee, great food, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure.
