What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve Subway products to brand specification, maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, storage, and stock rotation.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries while monitoring promotional activity and ensuring adequate stock levels to minimise waste.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, promote Subway and Sodexo brands, and confidently upsell products.
- Operate the till accurately, capture all revenue, complete end-of-service counts, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
- Participate in required training, appraisals, and additional duties to support the smooth running of Subway/Retail operations.
What You Bring:
- Experience:Background in food service within a fast-paced setting. 1 Year+ experience required
- Certifications:Level 2 Food Safety certification is preferred.
- Skills:Strong communication abilities, effective time management, and organisational skills. Good standard of literacy and numeracy, Able to work well under pressure
- Attitude:A proactive approach to learning, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
- Team Work:Ability to work well in a team
