Summary

Change Manager (Business Change Workstream)
We’re looking for experienced Change Managers to lead business transformation across Finance and Procurement for our client. You’ll identify and manage change impacts, drive business readiness, and champion cultural change initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement
  • Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
  • Support Target Operating Model design and process workshops
  • Build and manage a Change Network to embed new ways of working
  • Ensure continuity and sustain change post go-live

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in business change and transformation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Public sector experience and SAP knowledge desirable

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
