Crynodeb
As a General Maintenance Engineer, you will work as part of a team to maintain our premises on both a reactive and planned basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities by carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across our premises.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be making sure our environment is always at its best for our colleagues and visitors.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning, maintenance, or facilities role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
• Proactive and reliable approach to your work.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and visitors.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence is preferred.
Additional Information
• Undertaking minor repairs and general maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in good working order.
• Assisting with ad-hoc maintenance requests and supporting the Facilities team as required.
• Chaperoning visitors, acting as a point of contact, guiding them, and ensuring they have a positive and professional experience.
• Managing and disposing of all waste efficiently, adhering to recycling policies and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facilities.
