Summary
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will manage a diverse clinical workload, including acute and chronic disease management, preventive health care, and health promotion. Key Responsibilities: Provide consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions. Deliver continuity of care to registered patients, including care home visits and telephone consultations where appropriate. Support the management of long-term conditions in line with current clinical guidelines and best practice. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and the achievement of QOF and enhanced services. Work collaboratively with nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to deliver safe and efficient patient care. Contribute to the teaching and mentoring of students and trainees where applicable. Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and maintain GMC registration. Requirements: GMC registration with a licence to practise. Inclusion (or eligibility for inclusion) on the NHS England Medical Performers List. Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
